Our Mission

Chicago’s Urban Transformation Network Farms LLC promotes the growth and distribution of fresh food products within the Chicagoland area, especially food desert neighborhoods with disproportionately high chronic health issues.

We pursue our mission of improving the health of our community by providing access to healthy nutritious foods.
